Job description

We are looking for a talented mid - senior Digital Producer to join our expanding team. SOON_ are an exciting agency that produce award winning work and are currently at a particularly significant stage of growth. Having flown through the 5th year of award winning project work under the belt and with a whole heap of lovely clients,  the most recent success is on a more operational level in terms of an improved set of working practices. You’ll be joining an experienced team, however your knowledge will be invaluable to help communicate these practices, whilst successfully delivering large, often complex projects.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working almost autonomously on large projects / programmes of work

  • On projects, product releases and programmes of £150k+

  • Ability to conduct large meetings with senior stakeholders, both internally & externally

  • Capable of translating business objectives into a clear set of requirements / stories

  • Being able to interrogate a set of requirements / stories and understand the business objectives, whilst also spotting possible risks

  • Positive and energetic attitude, especially whilst under pressure

  • Good client handling skills

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Can manage multiple projects  / tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Open to learn & support with developing the working practices of the Production team

  • Experience working with cross disciplinary teams throughout an entire project / product life cycle

  • Can bridge the gap (if there is one) between different disciplines or suppliers

  • Understanding and experience of working with various methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall)

  • Ability to construct, maintain and communicate a plan (from a detailed schedule to a product roadmap)

  • Confidence to ask important questions and also to escalate issues when necessary

  • Pragmatic attitude to problem solving

  • Experience managing internal teams, client stakeholders and third party suppliers - simultaneously

  • Financial reporting on all aspects of a project and clear understanding of the implications of that performance

  • Willingness to contribute to SOON_ activities & culture

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 4 - 6 years Digital Producer / Project Management experience

  • As part of (above) or separately 1-2 years Scrum Master (bonus points for certification)

  • London based

  • Google docs & JIRA

  • Sense of humour
